This looks like a question from a course...?

I would think about it by imagining you had a child you were minding, they were not meeting the milestones you would expect (maybe late speaking or late walking). So, think about what you would do- who would you speak to? Where could you go for help? These are the 'sources' they are looking for (a 'source of help' could be a person, an organisation, a charity, publications, websites etc) Then just list a few of the sources, as bullet points and maybe a few notes by each.

First to bear in mins every child unique and develops at own rate
Then look at specific area of development, spk to parents then understand what support they need. Could be gp referral caf form.

If you're stuck with a specific issue try local council cm officer, network childminders in area
