Ive decided to start charging for meals as my food bill is increasing week by week. Im going to give parents 4 weeks notice to decide what they want to do - either pay or send a packed lunch. Can anyone offer me any help in wording the letter please x

Due to increasing costs and after much consideration l have decided to start charging for meals, charges will be £x per day/meal, you may of course supply your child with a nutritionally balanced healthy lunch/snack etc, all children will be supplied with water or milk throughout the day.
