Just had an email from Pacey with a link to download the new Early Years Outcomes document. It's 34 pages long and appears to be in place of dev matters? Is this right? I have the dev matters in all my mindees folders and use it to highlight where they are at. Obviously I wont be replacing all 10 folders with the new document but was planning on using the new one for a mindee who starts next month. Have I got this right? Don't want to be printing something out for nothing!

Have a look at this thread, in particular post 20

No, it doesn't replace DM - it is just the 'unique child' part of DM :D

Thanks guys. After comparing it to the dev matters more closely I now realise it does in fact just duplicate it however for what I use it for I think I prefer it! I will still use both documents but the EYO means it's shortened down and I think its clearer for parents to read when I highlight it.
