ok update!! thanks for everyone's messages of good luck! The parents who could solve all my problems by turning my 2 half days into 2 days full time have made an appointment for Wednesday at 2!! I really need to sell it big time as I need this contract!
Any suggestions on what to do, tell/show them?

Yeah just be relaxed. Don't make out that you really really need them so sign & just do loads of interaction with the lo.
I'm sure you'll be fine though.
