First meeting with parents, help please

Hi everyone

I have just been registered by Ofsted and am about to start advertising. When a parent contacts us to arrange to visit:

what should I include in this visit?
what should I discuss ?
Should i give the parents any paperwork to take with them?
Do we charge for settling in periods?
What deposits do we take, how much etc?
When do we sign contracts?

Not got many queries have I!! :blush:
