Do we need a food hygiene certificate?

i dont think its a requirement but it definatly made my inspection easier.She basicly took it that I knew all about it so didn't ask me anything about it,one less thing to worry about :)I did mine online,im sure it was via a link on this site and it was only £15

You need to be registered with local food hygiene / environmental health.
They will tell you whether they want you to attend training or whether they would like you to take some training.
If they 'would like' you to have training then there's a good course if you look on the forum :D
