Can I email policies to parents or do I need to hold signed copies of each and every one ?

I email at first, and when they sign contract I print off and ask them to sign.
Alternatively you could email them and have one slip stating:
'I agree that I have received all of the policies and procedures via email, and agree to adhere by them at all times'
Signed, date etc?
