Number of children allowed

Hello everyone!

Can someone please confirm with me that I am correct with the number of children I can have? I have got two different parents coming tomorrow for care next year, If they want me I would like to offer them the places. If they did it would mean I would have 3 children. 1 - 3yrs, 1 - 12mths and 1 - 4mths. My own children are 10 and 5 and are in full time education. I am right in thinking that this is ok?

Yes that is fine as long as your 5yo is in school. You couldn't have anymore under 5.

So including your own children you can have:

- 3 x under 5 (school children count as over 5)
- only ever 1 under 1
- 6 under 8
