Hi there
I've had to change my 7 seater renault which had individual seats and 3 point belts all through, to an older galaxy (also 7 seats) that has 3 point belts on 6 of the seats but only a lap belt in the middle seat?
Can I even use it with the children? Most safety seats and booster seat packaging states that these seats are all to be used with three point harnesses. Can you buy something that is suitable with a lap belt?
I have tried fitting my safety seats with the lap belt and in my opinion, if adjusted properly, it sits tight in the chair and is quite safe.
I just don't want to go getting into trouble over this one.
Going to be a real pain if I can't use the seat as I've got a full car most days.
What does everyone think?
