Follow up post to parent who didn't pay fees, full £90 gone in today following the letter sent to her last week.
Phew! Hope that's the end of it now! Do I call or email thanking her for payment or acknowledge I've received it or just leave it after how nasty she was over the whole thing
Sooooo relieved its been paid, I was really worrying about having to borrow the money to pay my Sky bill and now I don't have to, rightly so, since I earned that money :)

I would send a letter by recorded delivery confirming you have received payment and that this is now in full and final payment. Thank you. If you use Pacey/NCMA contracts you undertake to give parents a receipt for all money paid to you.

Just send her a receipt with a covering note saying.

"Please find enclosed the receipt for your payment received 3rd September.

Regards"

Glad you got your money. I am waiting to see if I will get any of mine just sent letter out giving 14 days only because contract is due to end this Friday and was told by pacey legal that I had to keep place available till end. I am waiting to hear from job centre with regards to the one week they are supposed to pay for.
