If I sign up parent A for one day a week, and parent B for another day in the week. But then parent A decides she wants to add a day, the same day as parent B, but it means I will have 4 under 5, can I still do it - providing I have risk assessed it and done the relevant paperwork?

I think you can as both are existing mindees therefore you can do a variation with a ra in place xx

Yes but leave some time between the two so the children are settled

I would think so. I tell all my new parents that they need to have been attending for at least a month before I can consider changing/amending days/hours etc.

it depends if you have already told mum A that you can do that day in the future, or this is a hypothetical because mum doesn't need/want that day at the moment, but has said she 'might' in the future. but as we all know, if you hang around for the 'mights' we would be empty half the time.

Just wondering if anyone has ever had a parent that has not been happy that you are doing a variation?
