If I want to take on an assistant who will just pick up from school and bring children back here what would I need to do? She would aim to get First Aid ASAP but doesn't need it unless left alone is that right? So could start without it? What else would we need to do? Thanks in advance for your advice and sorry if I'm repeating other threads.
