Space requirements

Under 2's need 3.5m2

2year olds need 2.5m2
3-5's need 2.3m2

What about 5-8's?
What about over 8's?

My eldest son spends most of his time in his bedroom. Can I count his bedroom floor space? I know I've got plenty of space for the under 5's I care for but I'll have my 1st grading soon & I want to be certain about the over 5's

Can anyone help me?

You can only count space that you use and supervise. More information here :D

that's what I thought, it doesn't really make any difference as the under 5's never go up there.

So isn't there any rules for over 5's? I just don't want to get it wrong!

There aren't any floor space rules in the Childcare Register :D
