Help please!

2 y/o currently potty training disappears into my lounge, I'm in dining room with babies, and returns with a poo in her hand. Delightful!
I reminded her we don't touch poo and she must do it in potty.
Anyone have this wonderful experience before? Any suggestions...

I would say close the door so she cannot leave your sight until she is clean or you need to be with her when she leaves, just in case

Eww lovely lol!
I'd just ignore it, hopefully it was just a one off and something she had to do at the time lol!

Spoke to mum and she has done it at home too. She thinks its because she has made a big deal of proud of what she has produced in her potty.
Going to try to stop that a bit
Oh dear. Not a good moment but one ill remember forever. Can just hear myself telling people about it in years to come ha ha

Hi,
This isnt un hear of and is actually very common. As well as being a childminder i have a degree in psychology and specialised in child psychology.
The child was just very proud of what she produced and although your right to explain not to touch she more than likely will do this again whilst she is training as she wants praise when she poos in the correct place.
Maybe try and stay with her whilst she is on the potty and praise her and then let her help u carry the potty to the toilet emphasising not to touch at this point.
Other option, is she ready to use a kids seat on the toilet so she can't reach the poo?
Just dont get repulsed by this... Can really set them back.. (even though it is awful when it happens lol) x

Yes get her on the toilet. Then she can flush it away.
