well its day 6 today of me giving up smoking
i think today has been the worst day yet
i am really craving a fag but not giving up
gonna go to bed soon as i cant take it anymore today
hope tomorrow is better
dont have any children tomorrow so will have a easier day
sorry you have had a bad day

hopefully as you say tomorrow will be a better day

I go talk to the horses when I want to eat :D They've never been brushed so much.
