Hi, you fill all that info in on the contract, you can specify hourly or day rates etc. It seems very comprehensive to me!

No, you fill it in PEN when you complete each contract with the parent.

The contracts are blank generic contracts and you fill all the details in when you get a new client with the client. If they printed fees on and then you changed for pricing you would waste contracts and money sending for new ones.

They have lots of legal wording on them and I always buy contracts as I want to ensure they are legally binding should something go wrong

Just wondering if blank contracts can be photocopied rather than buying more?

No that would breach copyright.

Also they're in duplicate so you and the parent keep a copy each.

Hi, I am probably being stupid (!). Which is the parent copy? The top copy or the duplicate. Or does it not really matter. I couldn't make up my mind, so I have kept everything until their next session.

Yours is the white top copy and the parent gets the coloured duplicate. Thats if its the pacey ones. I dont know with any others.

Mine are Morton Michel, but I guess they are all similar. Thank you for such a quick response. :)

No worries. If you look at the bottom of the page it normally says which 1 is which.

I also have mm and wasn't sure...I kept the white original, and gave the parents the copy, thought I needed the official original copy for my records and they just need it for reference, I don't think it said on them which to keep

Can I ask a question please regarding the delivery times of MM contracts? I intend to buy a MM policy as soon as I get my reg certificate, and want to use their contracts. They are obviously double the cost if you buy them without being a policy holder so I want to wait until I've got the policy. How long does it usually take for them to arrive once ordered? I wouldn't want to be in a situation where I'm signing up a parent and have no legal paper work to secure the place with.

Thanks

Mine only took a couple of days, they were sent as soon as I ordered and came first class, was really surprised how fast they arrived
