Do you charge the same for after school and in the holidays? E.g if your normal rate was £3.50 but you charge £4 for after school kids do you still charge £4 per hour in the holidays (child attending full days) or do you drop it to your normal rate?

Or do you just charge normal rate for everything? With minimum session?

I would keep it as normal rate £3.50

I charge £10 after school with tea til 6pm
Or £3.70ph if they don't want feeding.

In the holidays my day rate is £30 I ask for a pack lunch in hols and we return home for a cooked tea

Thanks! I've said just normal rate but minimum of 2 hours per session. I don't provide any meals.

I charge more for schoolies! I provide an after school snack and they eat loads!

In the holidays I charge the same rate for those that just come few days, but reduce the rate if they come everyday.

That's good to hear. One of my ex mums was horrified that I was going to charge normal rate for her child in the school holidays
