hi there,
can a child who is 4 but starting school in september be classed as an over 5 ?? i think i read this somewhere but now cant find it thanks

Yes once they are in full time education. If the school does setting in they are still classed as one of your under 5's until they go full time :thumbsup:

They cannot be classed as being in full-time school until the new term starts so you cannot class them as 5 until September and then only when they are doing 10 session (5xmorning and 5xafternoon)

No they must have started full time education, which doesn't count their 3 weeks or so settling in when they might only do a morning. 10 sessions a week is full time
