Start up costs

I'm just completing the start up costs section of my business plan for cypop5 course.
Can I just check I have ofsted fees right I pay £35 to register my application. then £35 to register on the ey register and £103 to register on childcare register. Is that right are these one off fees or yearly? I was given a print out on this at intro briefing but its not overly clear for my simple mind.

You want to be registered on bith registers and the cost is £35 all together and you pay this yearly.

Didn't think you had to pay to register as well :-)

To go on all registers £35 it is an annual fee.

The other prices are if you choose just one, but works out cheaper to just do all, if I remember.
