Laminator

Can anyone recommend a decent laminator? I've finally decided to invest in one. Think it's going to be a very expensive investment as I already have a massive list of things i want to laminate!!!!

I wouldn't spend too much on it to be honest-I've got a cheapy Tesco value one and it does the job fine

Mine is the second Ive had - the first died after I tried laminating rangoli rice pictures! that was a quite expensive one , but I replaced it with a Tesco value one for £11 and it is equally as good. asda seems cheapest for pouches atm.

I have one from Tesco that cost me about £16 and I get the pouches from Asda, £2 for 20 pouches, it does the job just fine.

I have had a very cheap laminator for years and I am quite obsessed with laminating, anything that strays into its path to be honest :blush:
I think I only paid about £11 and pouches I buy from Asda about £2 for 25.

No need to spend lots but a great thing to have :D

They are all pretty much the same. I bought a dearer one first time round and it got a jam in it. Now I just by cheap ones then if they jam up they are easy enough to replace. Haven't had any problem with one I've got at the mo and its tesco value one.

I got mine from the range £15.99 & it came with a guillotine & 50 pouches.
It's fantastic for the price :) i will laminate anything that fits into it :) I get my pouches from pound land x

Just ordered one from tesco! Can get it delivered with me food so saves me having to go shopping! Only £12 and 25 pouches were £1.25. Don't think the pouches will last me long though! Might be on my shopping list every week for a while!

Once you get one you will wonder how you managed without one. Mine is a cheap one from asda had it a few years now works great. Pouches I buy whenever I see them cheap.

I buy lots of pouches and I'm always laminating stuff, and the kids think its great!
I did ruin one tho cos I thought it was a good idea to help the kids put thru a pouch with crayon shavings in to see what happened when they got hot...fab pictures, however some leaked and had to buy another lol!

You are right!!! I am totally in love with my new toy!!!! I've laminated everything in sight! Currently making matching pairs with numbers and letters! I've used a packet of pouches already!!! Whoops!!!

In lidl they had one for £19.99 and fits up to size A3 paper.

Ive just had my new laminator delivered from amazon! And im in love lol.

Its size A3.

As im just starting out im wondering what things i can laminate? Ive laminated a alphabet poster but not sure what else i can laminate :-) xx
