level 3 course

Hello!

Does anyone know about the level 3 qualification and what it will let you do at the end? i know it's the course you need to develop, but I'm not entirely sure what you can do with it.

if anyone has done it or knows about it can you let me know what it allows you to do that you couldn't do without it. I've heard that you can supervise staff so potentially open a nursery if that's what you want, but is that all it allows you to do?

I did the old NNEB which is now the level 3( even though I think it's so much easier) I used mine to work in a nursery school, in those days no one could work in a nursery without it, especially state ones( I think private different) also in hospitals in the baby unit.
