Just checking my understanding

I currently have a LO who comes to me for 5 hours a week but from September his mum is going to college and she has asked if I could drop him at pre-school for her.

Unfortunately on the two days she wants me to do so I already have 6 children in my care 3 schoolies (one of which is my own) and 3 under 5 (one of which is my own). Whilst it would only be between 08:00 - 09:00 a.m. I think this would not be allowed as it would take me over my maximum of 6. I appreciate it is continuity of care but it is clearly in breach of the magic 6.

Am I right or have I missed something?

Thanks Juggler thought that was the case but needed to check. I know it will create an issue for her but short of having an assistant I can't and it wouldn't be worth it for an hour for anyone!

6 under 8 at any one time... unless you have an assistant for the school run then you can be more flexible :D
