A bit deflated

I have a couple of spaces to fill for September, taking on an assistant to allow me to take on some siblings (used to care for eldest when she was a baby) but to make it affordable I need to fill the other spaces.

Had several enquiries lately, but have been left feeling quite down. 1st they barely stayed 20 mins and it just didn't feel like it went well. 2nd one just didn't turn up. 2 since then and they were both lovely and would be prefect but not heard from them :-( I always hate this part when you're waiting to hear.....

On average you need to speak to 10 people to get one to sign. Don't loose heart.

I hate it too! I always ask at the end of interviews - when can I contact you to ask for some feedback for my professional development? At least then I get an answer one way or the other.
