Progress tracker - where do you keep yours?

Where do you keep your progress tracker forms once completed? Do you put them into the lo's learning journey or on their file?

I've put mine in the learning journey as it's tracking progress and it's not mine to keep iygwim - not sure if that's right though now you've mentioned it :laughing:
