Just out of interest what does everyone put in their welcome packs? Do you give it to the parents before of after signing a contract? :)

I have two things.
A Parent Information Folder to show prospective parents and a Parent's Folder given to them when they have signed a Contract and Paid their deposit.
The Info Folder has in it:
Copy of latest Ofsted Report and Certificate (both with URN taken off)
A bit about me and my business with a few photos
Sample Menu
an idea of what a typical day is.
Blank copies of the Contract and all the other things I get the parent to sign
Copy of all my Policies and my Complaints procedure
Copy of PL Insurance and Employer's Insurance
Copy of First Aid Cert and Child Protection Cert
A leaflet about EYFS
Copy of All About Me Form
The Parent's Folder has all the above except the forms are copies of the signed ones and it has the Child's name on the cover. I also put a welcome letter in with any holidays I have already booked and confirming any holidays the parents have already booked so we are clear about that from the onset. I put it all in plastic wallets in a 50p plastic folder.
