Written observation

Hi I use a lot of photo observations, but now a lot of my LO are getting v verbal can anyone suggest I quick simple template to record these obs? Photos just dnot show wat the child said or how they said it- can do video on camera but then I need to transcribe.

I have speech bubbles to hand or write exactly what they say on a post it note ofsted love it! Hope this helps x

I have a pad and pencil with me all day and jot down little notes then decide what's important and write it up later :D

Same most of the time I find it easier and the quickest way

I have a voice recorder app on my phone. I just repeat what they say into it and type it up later. Get some odd looks from people sometimes, when I talk like a two year old into my phone.
