Achieving 2 year olds information forum

I am attending my LA forum tomorrow evening, the first session is in the afternoon but it is repeated in the evening so usually the majority of the audience are childminders.
Anyway the focus of the forum is the roll-out of the 2 year old entitlement and the keynote speaker is James Hempsall the National Support Director for Achieving Two Year Olds

I sat next to him at the conference last Wednesday...there is a man who knows all about the scheme and will confirm cms are to be included in the funding!
You are very lucky your LA is open on this funding...mine is still asking for 'guidance' from the DfE...have they not been very clear so far?

I went to mine last weekend. My La are pleading with cm to take 2 year olds under the scheme. They have been told there are 1300 eligible children in the county! I have no idea where they are going to find space for them all :eek:
