staircase ??

just been to see a house which I loved and hopefully we will be moving to next month :D the only thing that concerns me is the stair case it has a banister on the left but the right side there is just a sloped drop into the front room how would you make this safe for the children as the bathroom is upstairs any ideas???

Only way is to spindle it up lil a normal stair case
Or just teach them they new to use the wall side at all times with you constant help and being there )

I would also teach they to walk on the wall side - did this with my own dd and worked well
