I have my first mindee for 23 hours per week. The arrangement is 2 full days and 1 half day. Should I write my observations weekly or is this too much/not enough? Thank you.

You'll probably find you do lots at first as everything is new to you for the first few weeks. Then I find for that number of hours about 1 a week is normal, but then they have a massive development spurt and I find I do 3 in a day! Follow the child, not what you think you 'should' be doing.

I try to do about 4 - 5 a month for my part time children - sometimes more if they have done something I want to share. Most of my obs are short but a few are longer :D
