Hello.

My inspector sent me an emailing list things that I need to change with my policy & procedures before she comes to do the house check (on the 25th)
With the special needs policy she's said:
Your Special needs Policy is to include information in respect of The Code of Practice for Special Educational Needs for Wales.

Iv just had a look at this but im unsure of what part I need to add exactly.

Can anyone help please? Would be very much appreciated.
Tia, Leah xx

Until someone Welsh comes along with more specific information -

You can search a document using 'control' and 'f' - maybe try putting 'childminder' or 'early years' in the search box and see if it stops at any paragraphs which you can paste into your policy.

I will change the title of your post so Welsh members spot it :D

You don't need to include all of it and don't waste too much time reading it as it is in the process of being changed :D. I always put that I have due regard for the SEN Code of Practice (Wales).

Also check out SNAP Cymru (http://www.snapcymru.org/) and Early Support (http://www.earlysupportwales.org.uk/) where you can get more information on the processes in Wales written in a much more user friendly way.
