Toy storage is a nightmare in my house, there just never seemed to be enough room for everything.

I've been looking at some storage shelves in Argos for a while, they come with stack boxes, but I convinced myself that they would be way too small.

Well today I thought stuff it, got my inspection next week, so went and bought them.

WOW they are fantastic. One even have book hammocks on which are fab. I'm so please with them, there is loads of room for loads of stuff!

Heres some pictures............before they get attacked and emptied tomorrow!

They look great.

I'm seriously considering something like this. All my toys are in ikea boxes with lids, stacked 2 or 3 high. The little ones can't 'help themselves' to stuff in the bottom boxes, so it's not ideal.

Think I'll check my bank balance and start 'ringing and reserving'!!

They look great!

I have too many toys and are all in big purple plastic boxes. These seem ideal!

i'm thinking of changing storage in my playroom. I have so many of the huge plastic boxes and same here - kids can't get to bottom boxes. I have decided i've got far too many toys, but can't get rid of any as they're all played with. I think the problem is i;ve got too much of each. ie, a million megabloks, a million cars, happy land and little people (only need one set), everysingle bob the builder toy, tons of character stuff (toy story etc). so what i'm thinking is halving everything and buying smaller storage boxes so children have more floor space. these units look ideal, off the have a look online now.

I like the look of these too but am surprised how expensive they are. £85 for both.

I've printed out pic's to show hubby who's a carpenter. I'll get him to make the frame and buy the plastic boxes and make the hammocks myself out of some funky fabric.

Now I just need to find some time !!!
