Or however it's spelled! My nephew has it and my brother wants to bring my other nephew over to see us over the weekend as it was his birthday yesterday ... Is it risky, could he carry it? Don't really want that doing the rounds as we are all just over tonsillitis / scarlet fever!

Has he started treatment if so he should be ok after 48 hours. Your nephew as long as they have followed the guidelines shouldnt contract it. I would personally be selling my nephew
