Shift workers

Hi

So I'm not starting childminding until September but am starting to get enquiries in already.

I have a question about shift worker, do you charge for a full time space ie Mon-Fri even though they might only need 2/3 days as those days change every week.

Or do you just charge for the days they need.

I have a shift worker that needs 3 days out of 5 but rarely the same days, so I charge 3 x full fees plus 2 x half fees
If mum then does overtime and needs additional days, she can top up to the full day fee :thumbsup:
