I just wanted some views on my situation and how you would deal with it please. Currently my back garden is being renovated and cannot be used. My front garden is ok to use so long as I supervise as I have shared path and gate with neighbour. Three families live in a row and all children like to play together however I do feel that to maintain control when playing outdoors I must state I'm working and only minded children and my own can play in our garden. Its difficult as my mindee is best friends with neighbour but feel that if I let one in ill have to let them all 3 in and it adds to my responsibility! :-\

Sometimes we get children knocking here to play out with friends who we childmind after school.

We always say no, sorry we can't - and blame insurance or Ofsted :D
