Just looking for advice really. I'm doing my level 3 diploma at the moment and my assessor asked about how I record incidents for example: one child biting another meaning the child who was bitten would have an accident form but the child who did the biting would have an incident form. I said I don't have any forms or books for recording this information. I can see why I should but just me et thought about it.

So I'm just wondering how everyone else does it really. Any advice would be great. X

The EyFS requires us to record accidents, injuries and first aid.

There is no requirement to record incidents - so I would just tell parents verbally and put a note in the child's diary for them to read.

Hth :D
