SEF for over 8's?

Hi I currently have only over 8's in my care. Do you think I should still complete my SEF or wait until I am actually caring for some under 8's?

Your SEF is a self evaluation process - whether you use your own self evaluation or the Ofsted SEF you really should keep it up-to-date because it tells the story of you, your working practices, your training and CPD etc...

Think of all the amazing things you are doing right now that you might forget about between now and when you eventually get round to starting it!
