Just writing my policies and procedures and wanted to know if I have to keep the policy part and procedure part as 2 separate documents or can I have 1 document that covers the policy and procedure of whatever subject I am writing about ie safeguarding, behaviour etc

I kept it separate but nx to each other :) if that makes sense

Safeguarding and child protection policy and procedures

Written by - me
Policy - I aim to keep children safe from harm etc...
Procedures - I aim to keep children safe from harm by etc...
Signature -
Review date -
Don't make promises - say you will try, aim to, do everything in your power to, work with parents to etc.
