invoices and permission forms

just wondered do i have to invoice my parents and whats best to use also whats the best form to use for permission from them for photos/suncream/travelling etc

I always raise an invoice and issue a receipt. That way there should be no confusion.

I have a consent form that lists everything I can think of and it is one permission signature. I do this when I sign contracts so it is all done and dusted, apart from outings outside my town.

This is how I do my invoices. Everyone will have a different one but I like the way each day is set out so parents can see day by day what's been charged.
