My dh would have seen that as a golden opportunity to skive and not do the things on the list!!
However.... If my dh had done that to me ... I'd have filled the pool with cold water!!!!

Aw you poor thing. Being taken advantage of like that. Did you have a day off or something?? What would have helped, is if she had given you the children too as they could have helped you get the list completed! Maybe you could suggest that if there's a next time?? Good luck though :)
