I'm just wanting to check I have understood this right.

I have a mindee who only comes on a Monday. Then a mindee who is here all day Tuesday and all day Wednesday plus after preschool Thursday.

I also have my own two who are under 5.

Mum of the Monday mindee has asked if I can provide care next Thursday. It will mean a 2 hour overlap of the children.

Am I right to think I can do this if I do a risk assessment and get both parents permission?

Yes you are right you can do it as long as risk assess as reason is continuity of childcare.
