Having a nightmare at the moment. I do what I think is a very comprehensive contract but I don't think some people read it properly. So I am doing a set of terms and conditions for the parents to sign. Is it legal to put that this supercedes any terms that may be different on the contract if I get them to sign to this? Or do I need to re-do the actual contract? Thanks.

My friend does the contract but does a little weclome card thing that highlights the most unread parts of the contract.
Things like payment for holiday and sickness. Notice required when payment is due that sort of thing. Fairly informal and easier to read than the contract but not intended as a legally binding document more an information leaflet.

If you are changing any conditions of the original contract you need to re write a new one. Except with things like re jigging hours then I write a change of hours form to become part of the original contract.
