I've just had to fill out my first accident form and couldn't decide which copy to give to the parent (yellow or white). I gave her the yellow copy in the end and kept the original for the medical folder but now I'm thinking I should have given the parent the white copy. I know it probably doesn't matter too much just as long as we both have a copy but I was just wondering what everyone else does?
