use of cd ideas? anyone?

I had a fellow nursery nurse friend give me a big carrier bag of old cds/dvds.....what can i do with them? Theres loads!!!!! Was thinking of creating some sort of.non numbered number line indoors and out using cd with pegs attached to it to peg things together....light catchers but dunno how u make these!! Anythin else

You can make rainbow fish ( as in the books) we did some a few months back, they looked fab. Google images will bring up some examples.

Garden mobiles would look nice too.

I have a small corridor with a lowish ceiling between rooms and have put them on the ceiling as a mirror. They love looking up or shining a torch on them.

Decorate them with glitter, stickers etc and hang them under cover in the garden.
