I have Ofsted coming on Monday to discuss some concerns that they have with application before registration visit.
The 2 concerns they have are my CRB and my health.
CRB is 2 cautions for theft resulting from my Ex Husband his way of controlling me was to have me arrested for using the credit card that I had an additional card for.
Health is my past depression and I have Lupus which is well under control and I am managing preventing getting worse by only being open Monday-Thursday so I can have Friday and the weekend to recover
Are Ofsted likely to refuse me I do have all court docs relating to removing him from my life and I have not seen him or heard from him for over 5 years.
Help

I wouldn't worry too much as they were only cautions. My husband had convictions on his police check and had to go and speak to social services (the days before ofsted) and they were satisfied that he was not a threat to children
I can't really comment on the health question as I've never been in the situation. But from things I have read if the condition is controlled then its normally ok. Did you read your health declaration that your gp had fill out, does it say anywhere on there that your gp thinks you are fit to work with children
Try not to worry too much

They always come put for a chat when things like this comes up, they need to chat to you face to face to be sure you have thought about all eventualities, they might make restrictions on your numbers or not depending what the medical report indicated etc.

Have got restrictions from medical only 4 children at any one time, I am just worried as I have put so much time in to this and I have thought about everything and I am putting things into place to manage my health such as 4 day opening, and pacing myself so I can not get tired.
Still I have been busy today and the garden looks fabulous along with the rest of the house

I'm sure everything will be ok. They'll just talk to you about your restrictions and make sure you understand them
Good luck anyway

Personally I think they may be open to still registering you or they wouldnt waste their time coming to speak to you. Just be completely honest with them (not that im saying you wont be) and go from there. As you say at the end of the day you are managing you health and you no longer have contact with your ex husband so they may just want this confirming by yourself.

Hope it all goes well and you get registered. :D

Well she has just left, was about CRB issues and was very happy regarding this and steps that I have taken and my health conditions and all of the outcomes including had I thought about an assistant which has been thought about
She is going to talk to her colleague and it will get passed to higher person but she sees no issue and we have penciled in Pre-Reg for 9th May!! Would have been sooner but I am away and so is she and garden fence not delivered yet
