I put my big girl pants on

I have a parent who changed her hour recently from a 7am start ( which I don't usually do) until a 7.45 am start when I usually open. But since then has been arriving 10-15 mins early, when previously she could arrive on time. So yesterday morning I was setting the buggy up and she arrived 15 mins early and was bringing little one, so I told her she would have to wait until I opened as I was still setting up, obviously she was not happy, but I stuck to my guns, especially as I was still seeing to my 3 year old. I also write in the notes in the diary to the same effect as what i said. Hopefully tomorrow she will arrive on time

Good for you. It is annoying when they are early even 5 mins makes a difference in the morning. After all we are a business and you wouldn't get sainsburys or marks and spencer to open early just because you were at the door!

I have one supposed to start at 7 and she arrives anywhere from 645 to 745 , Ive had to put my foot down and told her that either she arrives at 7, or we change the contract to a time that suits her better , dont mind them being late but it would be nice to know the night before so I can have a bit extra time in bed :D

Just had a text from her to say sorry and she understands.

Will wait and see if she sticks to her arrival time. I really hope so
