Registering as a childminder and moving house

Hey,

It is really confusing to me. It seems that every council provides their own training and has special requirements. Does that mean that every time I move house I need go through the whole process of registering again. I understand that OFSTED would need to inspect the new place but do I have to involve the council. Isn't it possible to just take a course on childminding from Open University or some other online source and then register with OFSTED and mind where ever I live

Also if it's possible to get training by one council and then move and register with ofsed. I'm planning to move in June but i'd like to get the training out of the way so it would be possible to start quickly in the new place
