Anyone a Limited Company

I work with my DH in a registered partnership and I wondered if anyone else has registered as a Limited Company? I am told it will save us tax in the long run

The main benefit of trading as a limited company is that you don't have to pay 9% Class 4 National Insurance.

However the main drawback is that a limited company cannot claim the 10% wear and tear allowance: this more than wipes out the benefit.
