Ages ago I emailed Nursery Education as I was so chuffed to have won a few competions through them that I wanted to say thankyou :) (what can I say, I was always taught to be polite ;) )

I've just picked up an email from them and they want to quote me in their promotional leaflets (even though they have altered whatI actually said a bit!)

Shame they don't want to pay me for my wise words :laughing:

I went through a phase of thanking different companies that I used a lot for their great service and actually ended up with money off stuff from them for it as a thank you for my thank you! I just think so many people are willing to complain but good service/work often goes unmentioned.
