Hi all , if I haven't got my new certificate yet do I still have to work to the restrictions on my old one ? Thanks

No I don't think so. When I called Ofsted in Sept about my DD moving out of my EY's numbers they just quoted the new EYFS to me and told me to work to that. They said I would receive the "all new" certificate in due course. Mine took ages to come.
