Hi! Has anyone here tried employing an assistant recently?? The process is sssoooo long!! Advertise in the local paper and wait for advert to come out... 2 weeks. Arrange interviews for one/two weeks later. Appoint an assistant-check documents. Get new assistant to fill in a EY2 form and send off to ofsted. Wait for all clear and crb check to come back ...6 weeks. In the meantime, who is looking after the kids???? How is this supposed to work?? :panic:
